As a new parent, you'll face many important decisions as you prepare to bring your baby into the world. It is never too soon to start planning for your little one's first portraits and I cannot stress the importance of capturing this precious time in your lives enough! I've known many people who regretted not having newborn portraits taken, but I've never known anyone who regretted investing in a newborn photographer to preserve those memories. Your baby is only a newborn once and I take great pride in capturing every tiny detail of your son or daughter. It is my hope that you will look back on the art I create for many years to come and reminisce about what is arguably one of the most magical times in an adult's life. Let me document every precious detail of your baby from their tiny fingers and toes to the lashes that go on for days, as well as every chubby baby roll in between.

WHAT TO EXPECT

​

All of my newborn sessions are conducted at my new studio location in Taylors, SC where everything we could possibly need for the session is provided for you. It is my goal to ensure that the entire session process is as stress-free as possible for new parents so I don't require you bring anything other than yourselves. Once you arrive, all you have to do is sit back and relax while I work my magic with your little one.

HOW SOON SHOULD YOU BOOK YOUR NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHER?

​

It is important to book your session as early as possible to ensure availability on my calendar. I recommend expectant Moms book during their second trimester since I only take on a set number of newborns per month. (While I can sometimes accommodate last minute newborns, I cannot guarantee availability for sessions not booked in advance.) Once baby is born, we will schedule your session for when baby is 9-16 days old. Newborn sessions take approximately 2-3.5 hours.

Once you've completed the booking process, I will send my newborn questionnaire in addition to my newborn prep guide to ensure your little one will be ready for his/her modeling debut! Each session will be customized to your color preferences and styled accordingly. Aside from sentimental items discussed prior to the session, I provide everything we will need from props and backdrops to rompers, bonnets, wraps, and headbands all tailored specifically for newborns. Parents and/or sibling shots are included in my newborn + family collection.
